Original Design was made by Albert-Ernest Carrier Belleuse (1824-1877), similar models were exhibited at Paris Universal exhibition in 1878, at London Universal exhibition in 1862, this one has been added to the Victoria and Amp collection in albert Museum of London (Inv. 8111-1863). Another similar model set on a dark blue pedestal is part of the Walters collection in Art Museum of Baltimore
