Marius Vesselon was the pupil of Léon Bonnat and Pierre Adrien Chabal-Dessurgey. Landscape painter, portrait painter, still-life painter, mural painter, genre scenes and history painter. He lived and worked in Montmartre. In 1910, he travalled to Brussels, Ghent, Amsterdam, and went all the way up to the Rhine to Mainz and Strasbourg. He had exhibitions for numerous years in Salon of The French Artists. His paintings were also exposed in The Winter Salon from 1908 to 1924.
