White studied in the University of Colomvia, in the “Art Students League” of New York, in the academy Julian and in the “Beaux-arts” of Paris with James McNeil Whistler His work adorns the capitols of the state of Kenucky, Oklahoma and Utah, the courthouse of New haven in the Connecticut and the tower “Pan American Union” in Waxhington, D.C. He received many rewards including those of the Commander of the Legion of Honour, Officer of the french Academy and of the order of “Purple Heart”
